Great importance is attached to the appearance of the children and it is a requirement that children attending Alban wear academy uniform. We ask for parental support to ensure the uniform is worn correctly and with pride, and that extreme hair styles or inappropriate hair colouring is avoided. Make-up, nail extensions or nail varnish is not permitted. All clothing should be clearly marked with your child´s full name using name tapes or indelible pen. Hooded fleece jackets are not suitable for outdoor wear.

Having the correct kit for Physical Education is of great importance and is a requirement for the children.

During the summer term, a blue polo shirt, embossed with the academy badge may be worn in place of the shirt and tie.

Jewellery is not allowed, for example rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Children with pierced ears may wear ONE small, plain stud in each ear. No other visible body piercing is acceptable. A watch may be worn provided it is marked with the owner´s name.
